Return Process

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and hygiene protectors are securely attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
